Uncovering Women's Voices in the Energy Industry: Top Insights from Our 5 Global Studies

Over several years, NES Fircroft and Energy Jobline, supported by POWERful Women and ALLY Energy, have conducted five Women in Energy Global Studies. These studies are critical guides to women's positions and attitudes in the global energy industry. 

Since our first report in 2018, we’ve published four more, each exploring what jobs women are doing, the level of seniority they are reaching, the career issues they face, what motivates them to contribute their skills to the energy transition, and what they need to thrive.
