Our Energy Transition Global Study Is Now Available!

NES Fircroft has partnered with Energy Jobline, the largest worldwide energy job board, to produce our first Energy Transition Global Study. The study focuses on the entire energy industry, from Oil & Gas and Conventional Power to Renewable Energies.

Thanks to more than 6,000 respondents, the results of this survey aim to highlight how employees feel about the future of the energy landscape. The study takes an in-depth look at how various industries and regions are tackling net-zero initiatives, as well as the drivers in the transition towards carbon neutrality.

We explore such questions as:

• Do workers feel they have the skills they need to transition to work in Clean Energy?

• Do they want to move sectors? Which sectors are the most attractive?

• What is making people move, but also what is holding them back?
