We’re pleased to share that our very own Head of Diversity, Katy Hall, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the ‘Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging of the Year’ category at the British Diversity Awards 2026! Headline sponsored by The London Stock Exchange Group, these awards recognise individuals and organisations across the UK who champion diversity and inclusion, driving meaningful change in workplaces and contributing to a fairer, more inclusive society.
As Head of Diversity at NES Fircroft, Katy plays an instrumental role in forming and championing our DEI strategy, diversifying and strengthening inclusion within the company while also supporting clients and candidates across the wider industry. Katy’s shortlisting reflects the meaningful impact of her leadership and advocacy in making equitable workplaces a reality for everyone we work with.
Katy Hall, Head of Diversity at NES Fircroft:
“Being shortlisted for this award is an honour, but the real achievement is the collective progress we’re making toward workplaces where everyone feels valued, heard, and able to thrive. I’m incredibly proud to champion this work alongside so many passionate colleagues and partners.”
The winners will be announced at the 2026 awards dinner, taking place at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London on 25th March 2026, hosted by Dr Ranj Singh and Charlene White. We’re incredibly proud of Katy and wish her the very best of luck on the night!
