We are aware of recent phishing emails falsely claiming to be from The NES Fircroft Group. These messages may include The NES Fircroft Group branding and request personal banking details or payments for onboarding requirements such as medicals, certifications, or job letters.
Your safety and data security are our top priority, therefore please be advised of the following:
The NES Fircroft Group will never:
- Request payments or banking information via email.
- Use public email domains such as Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo to communicate official matters.
- Ask contractors to submit sensitive information outside of our secure systems.
Our official process is as follows:
- Official NES Fircroft business will always be conducted via an email address using one of our official company domains. These are as follows - @nesfircroft.com, @nesgt.com, @redbock.com, @bedrockpcl.com, @evolvescientific.com.au, @halian.com and @nesadvantage.com
- Do not engage with email addresses that have a different domain.
- Be aware that attackers can set a “display name” on emails to make messages appear as though they are coming from a trusted company or contact. This means an email may look legitimate at first glance, even though it has been sent from a different or malicious email address.
- Always check the full sender email address by clicking into the sender details — do not rely on the name shown in your inbox. If anything looks unusual or unexpected, do not respond, click links, or download attachments.
- We use dual authentication: Requests for personal information in relation to banking and onboarding are always followed up with a phone call from a known NES Fircroft representative.
- Any forms or data submissions are completed through secure platforms, never via open email threads.
Graphics and documentation:
We no longer use the NES Global Talent logo or name in any capacity. Our merger in September 2020 with Fircroft resulted in a corporate re-brand, meaning we now go by the name of The NES Fircroft Group. There are however occasions where we go by just “NES” (specific Middle East countries only) and this is reflected in our logo where appropriate. We are never “NES Global Talent”.
If you receive any suspicious messages:
- Do not respond or share any personal information.
- Report it immediately to your NES Fircroft Group contact.
If you believe you are a victim of a scam and have shared personal information, you should:
1. Stop all communication
- Do not respond further to the sender
- Do not send any additional information or payments
2. Secure your personal accounts
- Immediately change passwords for your email account and any other accounts that use the same or similar passwords
- Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) wherever possible
3. Monitor for suspicious activity
- Keep a close watch on your email, bank accounts, and any online services for unusual activity
- Be cautious of follow-up scams (e.g. calls or emails referencing this incident)
4. Contact your bank (if financial details were shared)
- Inform them that your details may have been compromised
- Ask them to monitor or place additional protections on your account
5. Protect your identity
- If you have shared sensitive identity information (e.g. passport, national ID, address), consider contacting your local authority or identity protection service for guidance
- Contact the Cyber Crime Division locally if you can
6. Be cautious of further contact
- Scammers may attempt to contact you again pretending to help recover losses or continue the scam
- Do not trust unsolicited messages claiming to “fix” the situation
If in doubt, contact your NES Fircroft Group representative directly for verification.
Thank you for your continued vigilance and cooperation.
