All three of their sites across Oman were struggling to obtain visas for expatriate workers due to the lack of Omanisation prevalent in their workforce.
The problem was two-fold: the client had reached the maximum number of expatriate workers allowed on site, and the organisation’s HR team were relatively new and subsequently inexperienced, having never recruited for a project of this scale before.

To date, NES have supported in the hiring of 27 contractors and this is expected to double in the next 12 months. The client has been so pleased with our services and embedded resource that we have agreed to work on a second project with them this coming year
