Their focus is on the early identification of greenfield sites in high growth markets which are then developed, built and operated. In an effort to expand their global footprint and establish a local presence across South East Asia, our client approached NES to help support them throughout the process of entering new countries and setting up their businesses and infrastructure.
Our Solution
NESF provided a full suite of global mobility services whilst our client established their businesses across the Philippines, Vietnam Singapore and Australia.

The results of our support

We completed a full hand-over to them to ensure they can now conduct services in-house in Singapore (their headquarters) and Vietnam; we still provide services for their Philippines and Australia branches.
