We have over 30 members of staff managing the daily logistics of 400+ contractors, of which over 100 are expatriates. Our long tenure in-country means we have built and nurtured a local engineering talent pool, and our global reach as a company means we can bring in talent from overseas when required, compliantly.

We have also provided Employer of Record (EOR) services to several overseas energy and infrastructure companies to allow them to operate in Thailand compliantly, including major oil & gas and wind businesses from Norway, and private rail companies from Canada. Whilst our clients don’t have an entity in Thailand, with our support, this doesn’t stop them from being able to launch projects in-country, staffed with local workers. Our team will orchestrate shadow payroll in-country to remain compliant with contractors’ home country requirements, no matter where they’re from. Our support teams will also run ongoing 90-day reporting cycles for all expatriates, to retain legislative compliance.
