NES Fircroft was awarded an umbrella manpower contract to support our client throughout the
construction and commissioning of the Pengerang Refining and Petrochemical (PRefChem) project in Pengerang Johor, Malaysia.
They required over 500 personnel across a range of inspection, supervisory and engineering disciplines. The primary challenge was sourcing the large volume of technical staff needed within a tight project completion deadline, which was hindered by the restriction of the short-term contracts that were on offer. The maximum contract duration was just 6 months.
