We have an approved RPTKA (Rencana Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja Asing) workforce plan, which allows us to directly employ a large number of expatriates in almost any part of the country. Through this plan we have obtained specific Tasikmalaya work permits. This is just one example – our teams will manage all aspects of the application process for all Indonesia work permits, including IMTA (Izin Memperkerjakan Tenaga Kerja Asing), ITAS (Izin Tinggal Terbatas) and KITAS (Kartu Izin Tinggal Terbatas) documentation.

Through our intimate knowledge of local legislation, we’ve helped countless businesses to restore compliance to their contractor workforce by transitioning workers across to our books and issuing them with the correct work permits. With a physical presence we can also provide Employer of Record (EOR) services for businesses without an entity in-country.
