UI Designer profile description

My client is looking for a UI Designer to join the Design Studio, a cross-functional team that brings together 20 designers (including 3 UI designers) dedicated to improving the user experience through the digital products we build together.

The UI Designer will be responsible for the consistency of the user interfaces of the various MVPs, via the control and feeding of the UI Kit and collaboration with the Design System.

The UI Designer will collaborates with its peers on cross-functional subjects (UI Kit, Design System, UI review), with the UX designers and Product Designers within the Studio and integrates as needed into multidisciplinary teams (functional, technical, business expert, etc.) that operate according to agile methodologies.

The UI Designer is responsible for the UI of several products (3 to 7) with a level of involvement adapted to the needs of the UX and Product designers with whom it collaborates.

The UI Designer will be responsible for:

  • Design coherent and qualitative visual interfaces (colours, typography, icons, layout, navigation)
  • Create interactive prototypes for user testing and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate closely with UX, Product Designers and developers to ensure a production that is faithful to the design (pair design, UI reviews, recipe).
  • Maintain and evolve the Design System (creation of components, documentation, support, QA), guaranteeing its consistency across several products.
  • Maintain and evolve the V1 Design Kit still used by product teams
  • Build scalable Figma components, leveraging the latest features.
  • Design icons and logotypes
  • Use AI tools to speed up workflows (documentation, prototyping)

Cross-cutting contributions
