Test Lead and Quality Assurance Specialist
 
Contract period: 14.10.2024 - 28.03.2025
Location: Oslo or Stavanger

Main Tasks: 

- Lead all phases of end-to-end UAT testing, ensuring product quality and data flow across integrations.
- Plan and create test strategies, test plans, and test scripts, ensuring validation with key stakeholders.
- Prepare test environments and ensure data accuracy, avoiding disruption from other initiatives.
- Monitor test execution, track findings, and ensure follow-up with appropriate teams to address high-priority issues.
- Report on test outcomes, address open risks, and ensure issue resolution is communicated to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve testing processes based on feedback and experiences.
- Assist in managing risk workshops and follow-up actions related to MOC and risk assessments.
- Support training activities and development of training materials.
- Provide input on use cases and manage status of open issues.
- Ensure asset readiness for Aize roll out and maintain close coordination with technical teams and end-users during Hypercare.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in test leadership and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with maintenance and operational processes.
- Fluency in Norwegian (due to offshore communication).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
