- Hourly rate, dependant on experience
- Proven technical writing skills with ability to create clear, concise, and effective documentation
- Strong analytical thinker with excellent critical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with EAM/CMMS systems such as SAP, Maximo, Oracle EAM, Infor EAM, or JDE
- Knowledge of maintenance KPIs, work management principles, and change management processes
- Excellent communication and active listening skills to engage with stakeholders across business and IT
- Highly organized with strong planning and time management capabilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation including user guides, training materials, and project reports
- Support and streamline project deployment and change management within the Global Asset Management Systems Team
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business and IT teams to ensure clarity and effectiveness of documentation
- Produce project status reports and documentation tailored for leadership decision-making
- Manage and update process flows, deployment communications, and metric documentation
- Contribute to the successful delivery of system upgrades and large-scale deployments
