Technical Service Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering or a related field.
Experience:
Candidates with experience from leading PMC firms and/or from copper smelters in major global locations.
Additional Requirements:
The Technical Service Manager will oversee and optimize the technical aspects of copper smelting operations. This role requires deep expertise in metallurgical processes and the ability to apply advanced simulation tools to enhance operational efficiency and product quality. The ideal candidate will also bring valuable experience from leading global organizations or smelters, contributing to the continuous improvement and strategic growth of the operations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering or a related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in copper smelting operations, with a strong background in technical cell functions.
- Proficiency in smelter operations, particularly in smelter modeling.
- Advanced familiarity with METSIM (Metallurgical Simulation) modeling software.
- In-depth understanding of heat and mass balance principles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the impact of impurities on copper smelting and refining operations.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve smelting processes.
Candidates with experience from leading PMC firms and/or from copper smelters in major global locations.
Additional Requirements:
- Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
