Key Responsibilities:
🧭 Strategic Marketing & Product Development
Develop marketing plans for assigned product groups in the animal health portfolio.
Analyze market trends and customer needs across North and South Vietnam.
Identify product/application gaps and prioritize product activities accordingly.
Evaluate distribution channels and pricing strategies in alignment with sales leadership.
Contribute to business and strategic planning processes.
🤝 Key Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at key accounts.
Implement and manage account strategies to ensure long-term engagement.
📊 Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor market data and provide regular updates to sales leadership.
Identify opportunities and risks based on market dynamics.
🔧 Sales Execution & Technical Support
Lead day-to-day sales operations and ensure alignment with market needs.
Deliver technical presentations and product value propositions effectively.
Achieve sales and margin targets through proactive customer engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition or Veterinary Medicine (poultry/swine focus preferred); Master’s or PhD is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales within the animal feed industry in Vietnam.
Strong commercial mindset with solid scientific understanding.
Proven track record in achieving sales and financial targets.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English.
