System and Integration specialist – Project Control 
 
Contract period: 02.12.2024 - 31.12.2025
Location: Stavanger

Main Tasks:
 
- Interact with users and provide excellent technical support and guidance
- Educate users to exploit EcoSys functionality efficiently 
- Analyse and Identify gaps in system usage and implement best practices
- Hold an “Admin” role in EcoSys and execute “Admin” tasks 
- Ensure consistency in data structures and use of data in different workflows in EcoSys
- Create, maintain and develop Project Reports, dashboards and apps 
- Execute agreed configuration changes and implementations in EcoSys 
- Ensure reliability and consistency in reporting
- Support implementation of data integration architecture in accordance with Company Strategy
- Identify and implement improvements in system and integration
- Create and maintain system API
- Data Quality and Integrity Assurance 
- Data Integration Monitoring and Troubleshooting
- Integration implementation support
- Write documents within the area of responsibility

Qualifications:
- Min Bachelor degree in Economics, IT, Computer science, Cybernetics, Mathematics, Statistics or similar 
- Relevant experience may compensate for formal education 
- Experience in utilising systems used in finance or project management (SAP, PIMS, EcoSys etc)
- Min 3-5 years relevant experience
- Experience in the development and maintenance of application databases and data structure 
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with Microsoft applications and services (Power BI, Power Apps, Fabric, Azure etc)  and programming languages
- Experience from project control and understanding of principles, methods, and tools
