Subsea Systems Engineer
 
Contract period: ASAP - 31.10.2025
Location: Stavanger

Main Tasks: 

- Ensure that the HSE performance for Trym and Marulk asset and any other activities undertaken or managed conforms to Company’s HSE policy and Norwegian regulations.
- Ensure a culture of continuous improvement in HSE performance.
- Ensure conformance to Company BMS for all areas of responsibility and deliveries.
- Ensure that the Barrier Management philosophy is implemented for the Projects.
- Engaged in Trym Sør development and Marulk Infill well projects as Subsea System Engineer supporting the project manager and project team delivering DG2/DG3 decisions, and during execute stage.
- Ensure technical integrity of operated subsea production systems from wellhead to interface with the host facility for Trym Sør development and Marulk Infill well projects.
- Support the planning and execution of the projects as well as determining technical development solutions as required.
- Contribute to the risk and opportunity management system for the operated assets and projects.
- Support managing relationships with JV partners, Host Operators and Authorities.
- Participate in license committees, including Technical and Management Committees as required.
- Provide technical discipline support and assist in coordination for interface engineering.
- Support C&P with managing the contractual relationships with key project contractors in the technical areas.
- Provide input to annual budgets, forecasts, and work programs for the projects.
- Timely reporting of performance, particularly as required for management and cost reporting.

Qualifications:
- Technical Engineering degree at BSc, BEng (Hons) or Master level
- “Regelverkskompetanse”
- Documented experience from similar positions in Projects, ideally with Oil and Gas Operator Companies in Norway
- Minimum 5 yrs. experience with Subsea Production Systems on NCS
- Demonstrable experience managing technical interfaces
- Good knowledge of the latest version of the ISO 13628/API xxx series as well as NORSOK U-001
- Willingness and ability to travel offshore
- Experience with engineering, assurance, and governance activities
- Experience from MC, pre-commissioning and commissioning
- Fluent English and Norwegian
- Service minded, Team player
- IT/PC-skills, minimum MS Office package
