•    In conjunction with the Asset Class HL and epic leads, facilitate stakeholder engagement processes for base business strategy determination, working closely with various business units to identify strategic opportunities and alignment
o    Collaborate extensively with asset class epic leaders and the asset class hub leader to ensure cohesive strategy development and communication
•    Develop and coordinate communication materials tailored to different leadership levels and business unit practitioners
•    Leverage digital platforms to facilitate efficient communication, documentation, and strategy tracking
•    Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive strategic planning and consensus
•    Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that distill complex strategic insights for leadership review
•    Manage communication workflows to ensure timely and consistent information dissemination across organizational levels

Required Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Information Systems, Communications, or related field
•    5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, stakeholder management, or business engagement roles
•    Proven experience working with digital platforms
•    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Strong analytical capabilities with ability to synthesize complex information
•    Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple organizational levels

Technical Skills:
•    Proficiency in digital communication and collaboration platforms
•    Advanced PowerPoint and presentation design skills
•    Data visualization and reporting tools
