Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a STorekeeper in Nisku, Alberta.
The Storekeeper is responsible for handling and moving products and materials within the warehouse, ensuring all activities comply with company policies and quality standards. This role includes receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing inventory items, while maintaining accurate records and a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Our client is seeking a STorekeeper in Nisku, Alberta.
The Storekeeper is responsible for handling and moving products and materials within the warehouse, ensuring all activities comply with company policies and quality standards. This role includes receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing inventory items, while maintaining accurate records and a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure items match packing lists and are in acceptable condition; report any discrepancies.
- Label, store, pick, pack, issue, and dispose of inventory items as required.
- Ensure outgoing items are properly packed and include correct documentation.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts and support scheduled physical inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including shipping and receiving areas.
- Support materials management processes such as kitting, Kanban replenishment, and other initiatives.
- Optimize storage space and improve efficiency by organizing bin locations.
- Investigate and resolve inventory issues as directed by the Supervisor.
- Operate forklifts or material handling equipment (after completing training and certification).
- Comply with company policies, including QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to follow standard procedures and safety practices.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
