Currently we are seeking for an experienced director of Spatial Planning Department within structures of well known company with scandinavian capital. 

About our client:

- owner of one of top10 biggest solar assets portfolios in Europe / over 1GW of operational assets
- owner of over 250MW of operational solar assets in Poland
- company culture with focus on employee's well-being
- independent power producer, whole development portfolio (over 3GW in Poland) is being developed to be built and later managed by them
- based in Warsaw
- growth plans and strategy for 10 years from now
- over 30 employees in Poland and still growing
- development portfolio consisting of solar, wind and BESS assets

This role will be a part of management team, being in constant cooperation with both the subordinate team and other managers to realise and co-create company's presence in Poland. Director of this department will be responsible for all spatial aspects for development and construction of RES assets. 

This role will be responsible for:

- management over all spatial and environmental procedures in company
- management over a team consisting of spatial and environmental specialists
- active support of subordinate employees development 
- active support on all projects of subordinate employees
- cooperation with other departments (i.e. development, land acquisition, grid&design)
- management over projects on development, construction and operations phases
- support in due diligence procedures

Ideal candidate for this role should:

- have extensive experience within spatial planning
- have experience within Wind and PV spatial planning- at best have experience in changing local spatial development plans (MPZP)
- experience within RES project development would be an asset
- experience within environmental reports/permitting would be an asset
- have fully communicative English
- be able to work from Warsaw at least three days a week
- have experience in team management
- have willingness to work with people 
- be proactive and well-driven
