Site Operations Manager – Clinical Trials

Are you an experienced leader passionate about clinical research and patient care? A cutting-edge clinical research centre is seeking a motivated Site Practice Manager to oversee its trial site operations. 

The Role

As Site Practice Manager, you will lead the clinical team, ensuring patient safety, adherence to high-quality standards, and timely achievement of study objectives. Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing clinical staff training, performance, and engagement to exceed role expectations.
  • Ensuring study milestones, such as quality standards and enrolment targets, are met.
  • Leading site meetings, performance reviews, and on/offboarding processes.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including sponsors, medical centres, and hospitals.
  • Supporting participant recruitment efforts and optimizing team rosters for efficiency.
  • Driving a positive, high-performance culture aligned with organizational values.
About You

To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude with strong leadership skills in multidisciplinary settings.
  • Prior experience in clinical trial management within pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
  • A solid understanding of clinical governance, ICH-GCP standards, and patient safety protocols.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
  • A post-graduate clinical qualification (highly regarded).
  • Budget management experience for site operations.
