Location: Pecos, Texas
Contract Term: 25 weeks (with potential extension through end of 2026)
Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (60 hours/week)
Travel Requirement: Yes – travel between sites may be required
Job Summary
The Site Logistics Administrator will provide essential logistical and administrative support for a construction site located in Pecos, Texas. This role is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining site logistics infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of materials and services.

Job Summary
The Site Logistics Administrator will provide essential logistical and administrative support for a construction site located in Pecos, Texas. This role is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining site logistics infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of materials and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site inventory, including spare parts ordering, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Maintain the site trailer and ensure it is organized and operational.
- Coordinate with vendors for shipping, delivery schedules, and on-site work.
- Plan and oversee the receipt and storage of inventory.
- Support site operations by ensuring timely availability of materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and vendor interactions.
- Assist with general site administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards during logistical activities.
- Communicate effectively with site personnel and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or higher preferred).
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in logistics or administrative support.
- At least 2–3 years of experience working on a construction site.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
- Experience managing inventory and coordinating with vendors.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work extended hours and be available for overtime as needed.
- Experience with supply chain or logistics software.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in logistical/supply chain operations.
- Prior administrative support experience in a construction site setting.
- Comfortable using digital tools for inventory tracking and vendor coordination.
