Role; Service Coordinator
Rate; £16.70 Per hour + holidays (Monday-Friday 37.5hrs)
Duration; 9-12 Months (Maternity Cover)

If you were already in this hybrid Service Coordinator role, here are some key areas you would have worked on this week.
Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers by managing requirements and enquiries.
Reviewing the quality, schedules, and safety requirements and ensuring that all parties fulfil their contractual obligations.
Managing all required reporting and documentation and ensuring all necessary data has been registered promptly in the system.
Coordinates and oversees all service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts and logistics.
Manages the service order process in a timely manner from quotation and procurement to invoicing and cash collection.
To succeed, you should have; Excellent customer service, time management and multi-tasking skills and good experience with Microsoft office applications.
You will also need good numeracy skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
