Key Responsibilities: - Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to making placements
- Build and manage strong client relationships with excellent account management
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future opportunities
- Manage contracts, ensuring client and candidate needs are met - Oversee contractor management to ensure our current contractor workforce is well-supported, satisfied, and engaged - Be our compliance guru, ensuring everything aligns with industry standards - Balance recruitment excellence with strong client satisfaction and team collaboration - Drive business development, expanding our client portfolio and services

- What we’re looking for:
- Fluent Dutch speaker
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment with a track record of success
- Skills in pipeline building and creative recruitment techniques
- Strong expertise in account and contract management
- A proactive approach to business development
- Focus on compliance and high professional standards
- The ability to balance multiple responsibilities and build strong relationships
