Senior Quality Professional
Contract period: 23.09.2024 - 01.06.2025
Location: Stavanger
Main Tasks:
- Advise and support optimization of project processes and governance
- Support implementation and execution of Quality management processes and methods (e.g., Management of change, assurance framework, standardization of how we work)
- Participate in identification of areas of improvements based on reported improvement proposals and findings from assurance activities
- Facilitate workshops and process mapping
- Perform process modelling and content updates in BMS (business management system)
- Participate in change management and process implementation activities
- Perform general BMS (business management system) training and user assistance
- Prepare and follow up quality and governance performance
Qualifications:
- Senior resource
- Area of expertise in business process management (certified)
- Seasoned workshop and process facilitator
- Relevant industry experience from larger process improvement projects and corporate governance
- Experience with process modelling in Qualiware is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills and one team mindset
- Fluent in Norwegian and English both oral and written
