Senior Project Engineer
Contract period: 01.01.2025 - 31.12.2025
Location: Bærum
Main Tasks:
- Coordinate input to the Project Execution Plan and ensure alignment across the entire Project Team by contributing to good cooperation and communication across units and levels.
- Prepare documents for and support Decision Gate presentation, project risk management and stakeholder management.
- Support management review and other assurance activities.
- Contribute to management of change for the project.
- Promote continuous improvement through the project and support, document and manage learning across the project team and towards other projects.
- Main office location for this position is Bærum. If located in other areas of Norway the candidate must be willing to travel weekly to Bærum.
Qualifications:
- Skilled professional with good technical and multidiscipline overview.
- Experience from early phase and EPCI-projects and with one or more project delivery lines (Subsurface, D&W, Facilities, Operation).
- Knowledge of basic project management (planning, cost control, project reporting, procurement, HSSEQ elements, risk management, project performance).
- Communication and facilitation skills are competencies that are highly emphasised for this role.
