Summary
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Planner. Responsible for developing and implementing strategic project Schedules for Oil & Gas and energy projects, fostering collaboration with key stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules for Oil & Gas and energy projects, working closely with the project team and in particular with the project manager and project lead engineer.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution or the projects. 
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including project team member, management and customers.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status and outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Oil& Gas energy planning (or similar sector)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in some planning software and tools. Different planning tools are likely to be used for different projects depending on customer and project requirements.
