Senior OCM Consultant – 6 Months Contract - Gentofte, Denmark

Hybrid working 2 days on site, 3 days remote

Senior OCM Consultant Description:

The task at hand is to support relevant leadership teams in the Trading & Risk project organization, in establishing and implementing a plan for ensuring correct behavioural changes across relevant teams – starting from the Stakeholder & Impact Assessment, to Communication/Training/ADKAR Plan and Reinforcement activities.
  • The main impacted groups are traders & originators, which has overall understanding of the change 
  • The OCM consultant will be working on all managerial levels [from SVP to Desk Head]
Senior OCM Consultant Requirements:
  • OCM expertise proven by minimum 5 years of experience in this field
  • Deep understanding of change management practices and principles, understanding ADKAR framework, preferred PROSCI certification
  • Practice in using change tools eg.: impact assessments, change portfolios, stakeholders’ management, impacted groups maps, change plans, benefit maps
  • Experience with working in an action-oriented environment, bridging strategic and operational level 
  • Strong in building stakeholders buy-in, mobilizing sponsorship engaging and influencing teams and leadership
  • Capable of building comprehensive and structured strategies including impacted groups analysis, risk, resistance and communication approaches
  • Training and coaching capabilities to ensure effective learning process and team engagement
  • Skilled in facilitating meetings, workshops and alignments
