- $185K base + super and annual bonus
- Permanent position in a growing gold miner
- 8/6 FIFO roster to the Goldfields region of WA

- Excellently experienced management team providing clear career progression
- Tertiary qualification in Metallurgy or related field
- Demonstrated Australian mining experience (Gold experience is essential)
- Experience with flowsheets, mass balance, process design criteria, data analysis, operational performance and test/trial works
- Strong Metallurgical Accounting experience
- Computer literacy and Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Currently located in Perth, WA with full Australian working rights
Job Role
- Identify improvement and optimisation processes and manage integration through operations
- Conducting metallurgical testing and monitoring activities
- Liaising with relevant departments to ensure haulage and grade targets are aligned with processing schedule
- Completion of Metallurgical Accounting activities
- Support improvement and cost reduction projects
- Written and verbal reporting to relevant teams
