Senior LCI Professional 
 
Contract period: 02.06.2025 - 31.05.2027
Location: Stavanger

Main Tasks:
  • Responsible for LCI activities in Drilling & Well development projects 
  • Provide guidance, develop plans and support LCI controlled work processes and activities to ensure delivery on time with the right quality
  • Establish LCI process in new teams and perform implementation pilots 
  • Identify need for update of LCI systems, processes and guidelines in line with Company strategy and existing framework 
  • Provide guidance on organisation, simplification, standardisation, sharing and re-use of information across the company 
  • Act as superuser for LCI management systems, ensure the setup meets the requirements and expectations from end users 
  • Provide guidance and training to teams that are new to LCI

Qualifications:
  • 5 years experience within LCI management 
  • Good understanding of LCI related processes, requirements and systems 
  • Extensive experience with LCI and engineering systems (Aveva or similar) 
  • Extensive experience and understanding of LCI information/data (management, use and needs) 
  • Experience with data-flows and databases 
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written
  • Regulatory competence for the petroleum industry 
  • Multidiscipline understanding 
  • Independent and structured 
  • Proactive, ability to recognise and solve problems, take initiatives and drive progress 
  • Focused on collaboration and sharing of experience with a range of teams, disciplines and strategic partners 
  • Flexible and adapting to handle changing priorities and new tasks
