Job Title: Senior Hydro EC&I Engineer

Job Type: Full-Time Site based

As a Senior EC&I Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex engineering and technical activities. You will utilize your extensive domain knowledge to resolve technical issues, compile technical reports, and provide expert guidance on specifications. This role requires a highly experienced engineer with a deep understanding of specialist subject areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration: Promote effective collaboration across engineering and other functional teams.
  • Customer Relations: Manage customer relationships, resolve technical and delivery issues, and keep customers informed of progress.
  • Compliance: Ensure procedures, codes, and standards are accurately identified and applied.
  • Safety: Contribute to the Project Safety Assessment process and manage task and project risks.
  • Documentation: Produce, review, and approve calculations, analyses, drawings, models, and technical reports.
  • Project Management: Support the Project Manager in planning, controlling, and delivering tasks and projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Engineering degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience: Significant demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of design, construction, and commissioning of electrical systems.
  • Leadership: Ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
