Senior Health & Working Environment Professional 
 
Contract period: 01.10.2024 - 01.10.2026
Location: Stavanger

Main Tasks: 

- Follow up discipline plan/documentation and initiate and follow up project relevant activities
- Give discipline support to relevant engineers to ensure relevant discipline requirements and solutions in design
- Discipline check of documentation and reports
- Identify, monitor and ensure adequate relevant interface information relevant for WE
- Follow up and verification of discipline input to design
- Identify, monitor and ensure updated/adequate system and functional requirements within discipline
- Contribute in audits, design reviews, user meetings, WEHRA, HAZID, etc.
- Support project risk reduction with adequate documentation of all ALARP and other legislative processes and requirements including adequate evaluations and conclusions related to WE issues
- Follow up contractor focus, resources, competency and priorities with regards to discipline
- Support in technology selections (according to BAT) and if relevant required technology qualification programs within discipline
- Give discipline support in development of relevant project documentation
- Give support to the Discipline lead WE and contribute in the project(s) as appropriate
- Providing input and operational experience into concepts and design
- Working closely with the alliances and ensure implementation of requirements of the Design Basis, Functional Requirements and Codes and Standards (Requirements Management)
- Participate in design reviews and review of appropriate project documentation. Liaise with asset on Safety Critical Engineering Documentation
- Standardization within project and collaborate with TA in standardization across assets and projects
- Handle relevant technical queries from the alliances
- Preparing/verifying deviations for TA review and OAD Engineering Manager approval
- Assigned discipline assurance activities toward our alliance partners

Qualifications:
- Detailed knowledge of working environment legislations and standards for industry offshore (especially NORSOK S-002, C- 001 and C-002).
- Detailed knowledge of working environment legislations and standards for industry onshore
- Previous experience from project work
