At NES Fircroft, we specialize in connecting top engineering talent with leading companies. Our client, a prominent player in the clean energy sector, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior EC&I Engineer to join their team.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage EC&I engineering and compliance activities across multiple hydro sites. This role involves providing technical support to production and maintenance teams, ensuring operational performance improvements, and meeting legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Engineering Manager in delivering capital projects & major overhauls
  • Support the business strategic drivers by delivering goals and KPI's
  • Provide technical support for electrical plant and apparatus.
  • Lead and mentor the Electrical Engineering Team.
  • Deliver goals and KPIs for budgetary, plant performance, and compliance targets.

Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or technical qualification with work experience
  • Chartered Engineer status.
  • Extensive experience in the EC&I engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and legislation.
