We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage EC&I engineering and compliance activities across multiple hydro sites. This role involves providing technical support to production and maintenance teams, ensuring operational performance improvements, and meeting legislative requirements.

- Support Engineering Manager in delivering capital projects & major overhauls
- Support the business strategic drivers by delivering goals and KPI's
- Provide technical support for electrical plant and apparatus.
- Lead and mentor the Electrical Engineering Team.
- Deliver goals and KPIs for budgetary, plant performance, and compliance targets.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or technical qualification with work experience
- Chartered Engineer status.
- Extensive experience in the EC&I engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and legislation.
