Senior Contracts & Category Professional
Contract period: 01.11.2024 - 30.09.2025
Location: Stavanger
Main Tasks:
- Demand analysis and planning of operations demand across all assets.
- Monitor and analyse supplier markets.
- Execute procurement strategies, manage and lead sourcing processes, plan and lead negotiations, evaluate and prepare recommendation of award and final contracting.
- Manage mechanical contract portfolio to meet the long-range plan.
- Develop, implement and facilitate effective Supplier Management relationships and processes together with the Contract Accountable Manager to drive performance, focusing on HSE, quality, productivity, and One Team.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- You have a Bachelors or Master’s degree within a relevant field.
- Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
- Experience from commercial settings and business-to-business interactions will be advantageous.
- Willingness and interested in learning about the industry and work with digital and data driven processes. The successful applicant will be given the necessary training to succeed.
- Fluent/good abilities in English and Norwegian, both verbal and written.
- You are a self-starter and able to work independently.
- You are dependable and like to deliver what you have started.
- You like to work in teams, and you are a good and effective communicator.
