Project Context: Join our ongoing RC Transformation project at the refinery in Grandpuits-Bailly-Carrois, France. This project is currently in the construction phase and involves site contracts administration within an EPCm scheme context, along with general transversal coordination.

Project Context: Join our ongoing RC Transformation project at the refinery in Grandpuits-Bailly-Carrois, France. This project is currently in the construction phase and involves site contracts administration within an EPCm scheme context, along with general transversal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contracts Administration: Manage and supervise the administration of Construction Contracts, including filing correspondence and preparing responses.
- Meetings: Prepare and issue Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with Construction Contractors.
- Variation Requests: Analyze and validate documents provided by Construction Contractors for Variation Requests/Proposals.
- Negotiations: Negotiate compensation requests from Construction Contractors and prepare claims defense strategies.
- Contract Amendments: Prepare amendments/Variations for approval.
- Logs: Update Variations and invoices logs weekly.
- Notices: Prepare Notices of Default and notify Construction Contractors of Liquidated Damages (LDs) as instructed.
- Invoices: Review pro-forma invoices and facilitate their issuance upon achieving payment milestones.
- Closure: Handle administrative and financial closure of Construction Contracts upon Provisional Acceptance.
- Documentation: Store contract administration documents in the project SharePoint.
- Expertise: Minimum 15 years in EPC/EPC contracts administration, including at least 5 years in onshore O&G industrial projects.
- Influence & Management: Ability to influence and manage in a transversal context.
- Claim Management: Expert in claim management.
- Communication: Strong communication, influencing, and networking skills.
- Complexity Handling: Ability to work with complexity and challenging stakeholders.
- Information Sharing: Proficient in sharing information and lessons learnt.
- Project Experience: Extensive experience in onshore O&G projects and refinery/chemical business context.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and French.
- Workload Management: Ability to manage heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Contract Expertise: Skilled in contract preparation, CFT, negotiation, and administration.
