We are seeking a talented Senior Clinical Research Associate in Australia.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Clinical Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing clinical research projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards, protocol compliance, and data integrity. Your expertise will contribute to the development of cutting-edge therapies that have the potential to transform the landscape of cancer treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate clinical research activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.
  • Perform site evaluations, initiation visits, monitoring visits, and close-out visits to ensure compliance and quality data collection.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with investigative sites, investigators, and study coordinators.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate site staff on study protocols, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Proactively identify and address issues or deviations from protocol, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, optimize study timelines, and drive operational excellence.
You:
  • A positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
  • Experience in Oncology.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical research.
  • Proven track record of successful management and execution of clinical trials in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in clinical research.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
