NES Fircroft are currently recruiting for the position of Senior Authorised Person/Person in Charge of Works, for High Voltage tests based in West Ireland.
This vacancy is a contract vacancy and will be for 15 days spread over a 12 week duration -perfect for someone looking for additional projects.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- A proven track record of working on and around the High Voltage distribution network
- Sound understanding of engineering policy, procedure and legislation in addition to sound decision making skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to identify and develop processes within operations to improve out puts and measure success.
- The ability to communicate and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Competent 11kV, 33kV or 132kV SAP on an established DNO Distribution Network
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Knowledge of current legislation relating to Health, Safety and Environment.
- Ability to work within budget and within programmed timescales.
- Ability to work within a team environment including clients, designers and project staff
- Qualified to HNC / Degree Level in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Candidates with other recognised qualifications will be considered if they can demonstrate they have worked in a similar environment
