Security Commander Officer

SECURITY COMMANDER OFFICER
(Komandan Jaga unit PKPPK)
(National – Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:

• Lead and manage security staff during shifts.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Conduct regular patrols to monitor for any suspicious activities.
• Prepare and submit reports on incidents and security assessments.
• Train security personnel on procedures, policies, and emergency protocols.
• Conduct drills and assessments to ensure readiness.
• Prepare and develop SOP in uni PKP-PK
• Enforce security policies and regulations to maintain order.
• Address any violations and take appropriate actions as needed.

What skills and experience do you need?

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in security management or a related field.
• Have minimum 5 years experience as Komandan Jaga in Airport.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations effectively.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and local laws.
• Have a Safety Management System certificate.
• Have a certificate of Junior PKP-PK.
• Understand the administration, evaluation and reporting system.
• Due to Project Requirement only open for Indonesian Nationality.
