This leading player in Perth’s mining industry is looking for a talented Scrum Master with strong Business Analysis skills to join the team to help achieve ambitious goals.  This is a contract opportunity with the likelihood of going permanent after 6 months

Job Description:
You will be a skilled Scrum Master with the ability to lead agile teams in delivering high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in stakeholder engagement, driving business collaboration, and facilitating agile processes within a software development environment and have classic Business Analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Ensure the team adheres to agile principles and practices.
  • Conduct business analysis activities, including defining requirements, processes, and documentation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Experience
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in driving business collaboration and facilitating agile processes.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
