Scheduler Job description Overview: We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and utilizing construction management software to coordinate project schedules efficiently.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules - Utilize construction management software to create detailed project timelines - Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services - Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines - Assist in project coordination and communication between various teams - Use tools such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, ProCore, and Primavera for scheduling tasks Skills: - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in construction management software for scheduling purposes - Experience with project management principles and practices - Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously - Familiarity with HeavyBid, Bluebeam, ProCore, and Primavera is a plus 1. Work for an electrical equipment installation EPC contractor within the US. 2. Work for an electrical contractor experience within the US. 3. Work for a contractor any discipline within the US
