Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Client's Sales Team and support it in maintaining consistency in the communication of opportunities regarding offers and contracts; they would take care of opportunity qualification and supporting external channel partners for lead generation.

Main responsibilities:

• Maintaining standard templates up to date for customer facing documentation incl. customer presentations, offer documentation, contract templates

• Managing account specific documentation using online tools (Salesforce CRM)

• Managing documentation regarding an opportunity to progress from sales qualification stage through closing and handover to post-sales operations

• Supporting Head of Sales in preparing complex analysis and offers that involve interaction with Energy Markets, Operations, Legal teams

• Cooperating with Sales Operations colleagues from other countries to maintain consistency in methodologies

• Analysing customer consumption data and providing feedback to sales

• Analysing sales portfolio and providing necessary marketing data to Marketing Manager to create better quality sales pipeline
