We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the recycled plastics industry. If you are passionate about sustainability and have the expertise to excel in this dynamic field, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  1. Training and Knowledge Acquisition: Successfully complete the comprehensive pre-job training program provided by the company, ensuring a thorough understanding of industry standards and product specifications.
  2. Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement detailed sales strategies by breaking down the annual sales plan into achievable quarterly and monthly targets. Execute these plans effectively to meet and exceed the company’s strategic market sales objectives.
  3. Market Expansion and Customer Development: Proactively expand the market for recycled plastic applications by identifying and cultivating new customer relationships. Maintain and strengthen existing business partnerships to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Technical Support and Services: Deliver exceptional pre-sales and post-sales technical support and services. Collaborate closely with the company’s professional technical R&D team to address customer needs and provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
  1. Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Professional Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the environmental protection or chemical industries.
  3. Market Development Expertise: Demonstrate extensive experience in market development and B2B sales, showcasing a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  4. Personal Attributes: Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, high achievement motivation, and keen sensitivity to industry trends and information.
  5. Language Proficiency: Be proficient in English, with the ability to use it effectively as a working language in a professional setting.
