Safety Data Technician II

 Key Accountabilities

• Supports HSE Supervisor and HSE organization.
• Responsible for HSE data gathering (near miss, hazard id, stop works, and LSRV's) 
• Uses Intelex for information pertaining to incidents and audits.
• Assist Industrial Hygiene –
  • Employee Assessment Plan by collecting air and noise samples from personnel at field locations and entering results in Cority, the Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health data management system.
  • Coordinate Permian Baseline Sampling Program and data entry into Cority
  • Monitors and processes information from “groups” throughout the year to update the Lower 48 annual SARA Report
  • Collaborate with Medical to monitor the Permian Medical Surveillance Program; assist employees with completing exam packets, schedule exams.
  • Provides Lone Worker Program Support: Manage Blackline Equipment and Data Analytics and Trending reports.
  • Responsible for maintaining equipment Inventory and Service Program management for Respiratory Protection, Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials (NORM) surveyors, and IH Equipment.
  • Perform additional IH Ad Hoc Data processing and submission under the direction of the IH Coordinator as required.

Required and Preferred Skills and Experience

• Intermediate level, typically 3-5 years of experience.
• Provides technical/functional and/or administrative support.
• General working knowledge of specific systems, terminology and procedures used within the department.
• Performs routine tasks.
• Able to solve problems and make basic decisions.
