Quality Control Supervisor
Summary:
As a Quality Supervisor, you will be a key player in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all aspects of manufacturing processes. With core skills in quality audits, control, and assurance, you will oversee quality inspections and manage quality systems to uphold excellence. Your premium skills in ISO will be instrumental in maintaining compliance and meeting industry standards. Additionally, your relevant skills in project management and analysis will enable you to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall quality performance.
You will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees;
addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Quality Control Supervisor
Summary:
As a Quality Supervisor, you will be a key player in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all aspects of manufacturing processes. You will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees;
addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Responsibilities are included but not limited to:
- Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments, and directly supervise the quality department staff to ensure the meeting or exceeding of quality specifications and standards of ISO and Integrated Management System
- Establish and implement quality procedures and specifications, testing procedures, and standards for raw materials and for in-process and finished products
- Identify quality problems or areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Develop and recommend inspection and sampling techniques and quality plans
- Develop process control procedures ensuring production of finished products meeting quality specifications and standards
- Develop training for and train employees on quality-related practices and system requirements
- Produce quality reports; analyze information, and address and resolve problem areas
- Develop and lead cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues and to improve levels of quality and productivity
- Provide technical assistance to customers, vendors, and other departments of the company
- Resolve any quality issues
- Conduct research on product defects and recommend modifications in product or quality standards where warranted
- Review all complaints received from customers to determine corrective action
- Provide assistance to customers regarding quality problems or concerns
- Direct the tracking of defects, test results, or other regularly reported quality control data
- Monitor safety and environmental compliance
- Maintain schedule/list of PPE Stock
- Investigate work related incidents
- Administer first aid
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relative working experience
- Knowledgeable and must be able to execute ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001
- Experience with quality control standards and procedures within a manufacturing facility
- 2+ years of direct management experience
- $70,000 - $90,000 per year
