Role: QAQC Manager
Duration: 12 months renewable
Location: Paris or London during FEED then at EPC contractor location
Status: Residential
The QAQC Manager will start from the FEED phase sanction with the possibility to continue to the EPC phase until the completion of the Development phase including Project close-out.
The service holder shall be responsible for the supervision and coordination of all activities related to QA QC activities for the offshore scope and onshore CPF scope for the FEED and then during EPC phase.
ACTIVITIES
The service holders must possess strong experiences in QA QC related matters, project contracting, contract management and tendering process for LLIs and CFTs.
The service holder shall:
▪ Be responsible for the entire organization of the QA QC matters within FEED. This cover the offshore and onshore scope.
▪ Provide QA QC inputs for the preparation of the CPF and LLI CFTs.
▪ In charge of the organization of the pre qualification of the bidders for the EPCs phae and the LLI
▪ Operate within standardised Legal and Contracts policies, processes and systems and ensure compliance with these processes at all times.
▪ Promote and maintain free and effective communication channels with the different packages
▪ In charge to maintain the exhibit J and approved vendor list of the project up to date
▪ In charge of the criticality review assessment to determine the level of inspections
▪ Prepare the QA QC exhibits of the EPC and LLI contracts.
▪ Keeps the project personnel aware of QA QC obligations and objectives.
