• Role: Project Engineer
• Location: Dubai
• Contract Duration: 12 months, renewable –Long term contract

Required Information:

• University degree in Electrical/Computer or Software Engineering
• PMP Certified.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Min. 5-8 years related work experience
• Excellent command of written & spoken English; Arabic and French are an asset.
• Experience in Automation and Protection Systems in Utilities and/or Oil & Gas Protection and Control Relays / Schemes,
• Substation Automation Systems EPMS/BMS solution projects PLC, SCADA, RTU & DCS – Advantage)
• Advanced user of MS Office applications, especially proficiency in MS project
• Good user of SAP

Job Description:

• Coordinate internal as well as external resources for the proper execution of projects.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget as per the contract conditions
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all concerned stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Follow up & manage contract negotiations in cooperation with contract management & sales teams
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Prepare project financial reports and present to management
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Drive new opportunities & Variation orders during project execution
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Maintain good relations with the customer & company staff and to provide their satisfaction while protecting Company rights as per contract and as per long term commitment for customer satisfaction
•  To utilize company's monitoring tools to follow-up and monitor projects
• Effective communications skills
• Well organized, result oriented, pro-active & a good team player
• Driving License – is mandatory
• Strong motivation and interest in learning new technologies, working on projects and travelling on the frequent business trips to customers inside UAE and outside UAE .
