About the role: 
The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager in managing all aspects of the Apron Parking construction project. This role will involve coordinating between various teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards

Project Overview:
The Basa Air Base is undergoing significant upgrades, including the construction of a 625,000-square-foot aircraft parking apron capable of accommodating up to 20 aircraft. The project is part of a broader initiative to enhance military infrastructure, funded through the U.S. Air Force's military construction budgets, with completion expected by July 2026.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Project Planning: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring that information is disseminated effectively among stakeholders.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes. Ensure all documents are compliant with regulatory requirements.
Coordination: Collaborate with various teams (engineering, procurement, construction) to facilitate the smooth execution of project tasks. Help schedule and coordinate meetings and site visits.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular project updates to the Project Manager, including risk assessments and progress reports.
Quality Control: Assist in monitoring construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards, including the implementation of safety protocols.
Issue Resolution: Identify potential issues early and work with the Project Manager to develop solutions to mitigate risks.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, contracts, and regulatory requirements, Familiarity in military or government projects will be plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
