Job Title: PROJECT CONTRACT MANAGER

Service Location : Montigny le bretonneux
  Target Start date: ASAP
Estimated Service Duration : 12 months renewable
Project : Baleine 2 + others


Role Overview:
  • Assist the Project Manager to coordinate contract management activities ensuring that all aspects of the contract during project execution phase are correctly addressed.
  • Review and analyse contract clauses and provide assistance regarding the interpretation of contractual clauses;
  • Advice, draft and review the contractual correspondence related to Clients and Partners; and contractual communications to Vendors and Subcontractors
  • Prepare and update relevant registers and reports
  • Prepare variations of contracts and claims (including EOT, Disruption and acceleration claims) incorporating pricing, commercial, contractual, and technical aspects
  • Support the Procurement Function in negotiating contract documents of purchase orders and agreements during project execution
  • Maintain relevant records on behalf of Contractor

Requirements:
  • English Mandatory.
  • Engineering (or dual Legal + Engineering) background preferable.
  • Previous experience in the oil & gas industry, ideally on EPCI projects with several interfaces. Experience on FPSO/FPU/FSRU a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
