Project Completion Engineer – Topside Commissioning Lead
 
Contract period: 04.11.2024 - 30.10.2026
Location: Stavanger

Main Tasks: 

- Commissioning planning input, direction, guidance and supervision of commissioning activities 
- The role is multidisciplinary across delivery lines
- Responsible for the Commissioning strategy
- Managing commissioning interfaces between the different delivery lines within the project
- Ensure good knowledge of the project execution model and Project Completion & handover routines, including required introduction/training of the organisation and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the preparation of project forecasts, schedules, costs estimate associated with the commissioning scope
- Coordinate the commissioning & POB input towards operation schedules and offshore mobilisation
- Report Commissioning progress, concerns and any change in risk picture
- Manage suppliers and other resources providing services and supplying materials or equipment for commissioning
- PIMS CMS familiarity and ensure use of relevant Project Completion tools, including system training as needed
- Participate in pre-start-up and performance test reviews
- Coordination of appropriate commissioning discipline resources with the skills to:
- Witness contractor/supplier tests as necessary (MC-check/FAT/SAT)
- Develop, review, and implement commissioning procedures
- Implement the commissioning scope
- Ensure a smooth transition from Project to Operations
- As required; set up and co-ordinate commissioning reviews, covering relevant discipline, to meet Company’s expectations
- Project specific procedures

Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent
- Result and safety oriented
- Experience from oil and gas projects
- Well-developed team-building, co operational- and communication abilities
- Ability to handle responsibility and periodically high work load
- Ability to drive activities to be complete on schedule
- Establish good relations with Contractors
