Scope of Work:
1. Manage production in the raw materials section and the cement production section to achieve targets in terms of cost, quality, and efficiency.
2. Supervise and ensure compliance with policies, operating procedures, and work instructions in alignment with the ISO 9001:2000 system. Supervise and follow environmental policies and related environmental regulations.  

Accountabilities:
1. Manage production in the assigned areas to achieve targets with low costs while maintaining product quality. Prepare monthly production reports along with corrective action plans to submit to supervisors.
2. Monitor and promptly resolve daily issues, coordinating appropriately with the maintenance department.
3. Supervise production to ensure efficiency and continuously seek ways to improve productivity in terms of machinery, work methods, and personnel.
4. Coordinate production activities across different sections and departments to ensure consistency.
5. Handle procurement, contracting, inspection, and approval related to raw materials, fuel, labor, and
equipment parts within the scope of responsibility. This includes preparing the annual budget and controlling expenses according to the budget.
6. Manage personnel and overtime work within the scope of responsibility. Supervise, support, and motivate employees to ensure safety at work.
7. Control operations according to the ISO 9000 quality system as follows:
  7.1 Control product identification during production and ensure traceability to the product/source.
  7.2 Develop production plans related to clinker and cement production.
  7.3 Control the movement, storage, packaging, and preservation of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods in accordance with related procedures for handling, storing, packaging, and delivery.
  7.4 Ensure compliance with statistical process control techniques.
8. Conduct employee training to enhance efficiency and organize motivational activities for staff.
9. Supervise compliance with policies, procedures, and practices consistent with the ISO 9001:2000 system.
10. Oversee and comply with environmental policies and related environmental regulations.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.  

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
2. At least 15 years of experience in the cement industry
3. Minimum 5 years in supervisory or managerial level
4. Good command in both Thai and English (both of writing & speaking)
5. Advanced computer literate (MS office, Outlook, SAP)
6. Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 and SD Management is a plus
