Procurement Specialist
Contract period: 10.11.2024 - 18.12.2025
Location: Stavanger or Bergen
Main Tasks:
- In your everyday work you will do a wide range of tasks and here are some examples:
- Establish Specific Procurement Strategy according to business need and relevant Category Strategy
- Prepare evaluation procedure
- Plan and conduct negotiations
- Contribute to the establishment and management of a risk-based follow-up plan, linked to strategic objectives
- Contribute to ensure agreement understanding and compliance (training of contract users)
- Safeguard correct use of the contract
- Collaboration with internal partner/customers
- Collaboration with external suppliers Stakeholder management
- Initiate and implement improvements
Qualifications:
- You are performance driven, have a strong interest for commercial aspects, are engaged, curious and have a high level of professional as well as personal integrity.
- You contribute to an attractive, inspiring, healthy and secure working environment, share experiences and help others to succeed
- You address safety performance, engage and collaborate with our suppliers to avoid major accidents, reduce personal injuries, and carbon footprint
- You have good communication skills, and capabilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are proactive and eager to learn, willing to contribute to the improvement agenda
- Preferred education: relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent
